To mark Kevin’s birthday and his 14th year working for The Rudd Group we have conducted a little Q&A to find out a little more about the man himself!
How did you get in to this industry?
After an apprenticeship scheme covering electrical engineering I was put on placement within the gaming industry.
What is your fondest memory of your time at The Rudd Group/Bob Rudd?
Funniest moment was working with Nick on a match night for Newcastle UTD, I drilled through a mains cable knocking the power off to the dismay of all the locals! I was well impressed however with a local lads repair. Let’s just say the pub is lucky to be still standing. My proudest moment was when Bob offered me the position of Group Service Manager.
What is your favourite thing about working at The Rudd Group?
Being part of a successful team and helping the company grow and move forward. No two days are ever the same
Which is your favourite fruit machine?
The very old original Cat & Mouse, I also like the latest Bell Fruit Queen machines but more for the music than the game play!
If you could do another job for just one day what would it be?
Captain the new Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier!
